As a board certified periodontist, Dr. Willard Maughan practices a full scope of periodontics with expertise ranging from pocket reduction procedures and regenerative procedures to dental implants, sinus lifts, and bone grafting.
Dr. Maughan is an active member in the dental community, as well as the community in which he lives. He donates both knowledge and services to those in need. In his leisure time, you may find him hiking in the Ogden Valley, mountain biking, or working on cars.

Dr. Willard Maughan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2006, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After practicing dentistry for several years, Dr. Maughan decided his true passion was periodontics. He began attending Virginia Commonwealth University and received his Master of Science degree in 2009. He has been practicing periodontics ever since.
