Patient FAQs

How do I know if I am ready for a cleaning?

Our scheduling coordinators can let you know if it’s time for you to come in for a cleaning and check-up. Most insurances will cover a cleaning for you every 6 months.

How early do I need to come before my appointment?

Each appointment is different. If you are a new patient we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any new patient paperwork you may have. If you are an existing patient, we ask that you are here 5 minutes prior to your appointment start time.

What insurances do you take?

We accept most insurances, CHIP, and Medicaid. For a list of our insurances please visit our accepted insurance plans page. If your plan is not listed with us as a preferred provider, we can still bill any insurance utilizing your out of network benefits. For our patients without insurance, we offer a Dental Discount Plan. For financing options, we accept cash, credit, and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover). We also offer financing through Care Credit, a healthcare line of credit offered for as low as 0% interest.

How much will my treatment cost?

Since each individual’s treatment options are different, the best thing for you to do would be to come in and see a doctor for an exam. It is hard to quote you a price without seeing what work you need done. Once you come in for a consultation you can meet with a treatment coordinator who will walk you through your treatment options, and any costs related to that.
